One account across desktop and mobile

BC Game Costa Rica mobile access uses the same Wallet, sports tickets, bonus status and security settings as desktop. You do not need a second account for the phone.

When you sign in with the same authentication method, the account carries Transaction, My Bets, Rollover and Casino access across devices.

Android browser access

Chrome can open the responsive site without installing an APK. Casino, Sportsbook, Wallet and Bonus remain available in the browser.

If the current BC.GAME page offers Android download or Install App, that is the route to use. A home-screen shortcut is another option.

Installing BC Game on Android

The published installation flow keeps the file source tied to a verified BC.GAME route.

1. Open BC.GAME in Chrome through the published site or a mirror listed by BC.GAME.

2. Use the Android download or Install App option shown by the current site.

3. If an APK is offered, open the downloaded file from Chrome or Downloads.

4. Approve installation only for the file obtained from that verified route.

5. Launch BC.GAME and sign in with the same account used on desktop.

6. Remove any temporary unknown-app permission when Android no longer needs it.

iPhone and iPad Home Screen access

Open BC.GAME in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen. The icon opens the existing mobile account rather than creating a separate wallet.

If an old shortcut stops working, recreate it from the current verified page.

What remains synchronized

Account access, Wallet, Casino, Sportsbook, bonuses and Security all remain tied to the same profile.

Mobile login and 2FA

Use the authentication method already linked to the account. Google or Telegram registrations should be reopened through the matching provider button.

With 2FA enabled, enter the current six-digit Google Authenticator code after normal login. The code refreshes every 30 seconds.

Crypto deposits from a phone

Open Wallet > Deposit, choose the cryptocurrency and blockchain network, then copy the displayed address. Copy Memo, Tag or Destination ID whenever BC.GAME displays one.

Complete the transfer in the external wallet and monitor Wallet > Transaction. The network must match exactly.

Casino and Sportsbook controls on mobile

In Casino, Search and Favourites reduce scrolling. In Sportsbook, choose sport, competition and event before tapping the intended odds.

Review market, selection, displayed odds and stake in the bet slip before Place Bet. Open My Bets to separate pending from settled tickets.

Mobile troubleshooting

Most common mobile issues have a specific first check and do not require a new registration.

• Site does not load: check the current BC.GAME domain or a published mirror.
• Shortcut is outdated: remove it and create a new one from the verified page.
• APK will not update: use the update route displayed by BC.GAME.
• 2FA fails: synchronize the phone's date and time and enter a new code.
• Deposit is missing: check Transaction and keep TxID/hash, network, amount and destination.
• Sports ticket question: open My Bets and save the ticket identifier.

Browser, package and shortcut all open the same account

The Android browser, an installed package and an iPhone Home Screen shortcut are access methods, not separate wallets. Removing an icon does not remove the account or its records.

This makes the browser a practical fallback if an app route is being updated. Core products remain available while you use the verified web access.

Changing devices without changing account state

When you move to a new phone, sign in through the same authentication method and look for a familiar Transaction or old My Bets ticket. That confirms the expected account before you add new activity.

Promotions remain synchronized as well. Rollover does not restart because you changed devices.

Mobile Casino and Sportsbook remain full products

The smaller screen still supports Casino search, game rules, Sportsbook event filters and the bet slip. The workflow remains the same even if menus are compressed.

That consistency is useful when a Costa Rica session starts on desktop and continues later on mobile.

Mobile access can be full-featured without a native-store app

The responsive browser already carries the core products, so installation is optional rather than a requirement for complete account access.

This is useful if an Android package is being updated or if you prefer not to install anything. The same Wallet and histories remain available in Chrome.

After a device change, a known Transaction or settled ticket can confirm that the expected account opened before you move funds.

A mobile login can be used simply to inspect a ticket, balance or campaign state without starting another wager.
